The following photos were taken at the Buchuberg 4x4 trail during the December holidays. My son (10) and I did the trail alone in a Wrangler. In some places it was tough going, but the Wrangler did not miss a beat!
We camped the night up in the mountain under the “Bakkrans” the original campsite before there was one down at the farmhouse. It was fantastic to be out in the mountains with not a soul close by.
The first photo was taken from the Platklip viewpoint and the second one at the Bakkrans campsite.
