Ou Trekpad – Points Event 27 March 2011
What a fantastic event with 14 Jeep Club Members participating in the 8 Obstacle Event.
All participants arrived at Outrek Pad by 9.30am a short discussion was given on the rules and all set off with tyres deflated to 1bar or less as this event was all in sand.
The 14 participants all enjoyed the obstacles which were technical but not vehicle breakers. We completed all 8 obstacles by 1pm and moved back to the Lapa to start the braai. 8 Jeep members decided to drive the 4x4 route and returned at 3pm to the Lapa. A big thank you to the marshalls who assisted in building the obstacles and who marshalled on the day.
